Celebrity DJs have taken their talents to social media to lighten their follower’s day, due to the coronavirus pandemic keeping a lot of people indoor.
Hip Hops favorite DJ, D-nice hosted a hip hop dance party on his IG live to light the spirits of his fans. D-Nice is a DJ, rapper, photographer, and producer from the Bronx, New York, who gained his success in the 1980s with the hip hop group Boogie Down Productions.
D-Nice passion for music gained him a stream of 1 million followers following his live DJ set from his home. Celebrities tuned in on his IG live, even former first lady Michelle Obama. The two decided to collaborate by throwing a couch party “DJ Dnice & when we all vote” to help volunteers across the country text eligible voters to help them register to vote.
