Stress can cause a lot of irritation with your skin especially your face, which can be annoying. But don't worry there are some steps that you can take to better your skin. First things first stop I repeat stop stressing so much. Whatever you are worrying about will all come together, it is in the universe that you are going to win. Stressing only gives fuel to your flare ups. If this helps here are some step by step tips to help you out:

1. Drink Water.

2. Have a routine, it is important to wash your face when you wake up and before you go to bed.

​3. ladies please wash your make up off before bed, yes I know it can be tiresome after a long day but it will help you out.

4. Clean makeup brushes.

5. Eat healthy, what you put into your body will always find its way out, If you eat healthy you will not only feel good, you would look good as well.

6. Exercise. Exercising can lower stress levels and improve your mental state.

7. Avoid touching your face.

8. Keep hair out of your face. Oils from your hair can cause your face to be oily.

9. Keep your pillow case clean

10. Buy skin care products that match your skin type.
